1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cr44 platform and all its services. By accessing the cr44 website or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

3. Account Opening & Management
3.1 Registration
When opening an account at cr44, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any of the information you provided changes, you must notify the cr44 support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.
3.3 Closing Your Account
You may request to close your account at any time through the cr44 support team. Any available balance will be paid out in accordance with the withdrawal policy before the account is closed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
cr44 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user is eligible for each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- cr44 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If a violation of bonus rules is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5.4 VIP Program
cr44 has three VIP tiers that offer special benefits to regular players:
- Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
- Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
- Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%
VIP tier progression depends on your activity on the platform. Moving to a higher tier unlocks additional benefits.
6. Gaming Rules
All games on cr44 are operated by trusted software providers and follow a fair play policy.
6.1 General Gaming Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, cr44 will take action in accordance with the relevant policy.
- In situations arising from software errors or disconnections, cr44's decision will be considered final.
6.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section covers markets for multiple sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Always read the market terms carefully before placing a bet.
6.3 Live Casino
Live casino games are played in real time with a live dealer. The quality of your network connection may affect the gaming experience — cr44 is not liable for this.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cr44 platform and may result in immediate account closure if a violation is found:
- Using bots, automated software, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage.
- Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in operating an account.
- Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform's systems.
